Grant Powley

Grant founded Provo Capital to address the need of the Seventy million retiring Baby Boomers that are expected to transition $10 trillion worth of wealth held in 12 million private companies over the next 20 years.

Grant has worked in both private equity and investment banking. His prior role included working for Equity Partners HG, a middle-market investment banking firm where helped revitalize, capitalize, and maximize businesses. Prior, his role included working for Eli Global, a private equity firm where he helped structure, analyze, and close leverage buyouts.

He received a BS from the Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama where he studied Finance and Economics.

Tom Powley

Tom is a seasoned executive with 23 years of experience as a CEO. He currently serves as the President & CEO of GKD-USA, Inc., an international manufacture of metal and synthetic wires used for filtration/separation, process conveyor belting, and architectural application. He has been responsible for growing revenues from $1.5mm to $35mm (13.4% CAGR), employee growth from 2 to 70, and company add-on acquisitions.

Tom also serves on the Board of Directors including Loan and Compensation Committees at 1880 Bank.
